Delhi - Red Fort

Delhi has a massive medieval fort, the Red Fort. These forts are a testament to

the wealth and power of the rulers of the 1500's, and of their need to build massive forts to protect that wealth. Most of the forts did not fall by direct assault, but rather by siege, such that they ran out of food and water.
